Nuova Ordinanza Regione Veneto – n.157: esercizi commerciali al dettaglio
Il 25 novembre 2020, il Presidente della Giunta Regionale del Veneto, Luca Zaia, ha adottato l’ordinanza n. 157, nella quale modifica le precedenti misure relative agli esercizi di commercio al dettaglio.
L’ordinanza ha effetto da giovedì 26 novembre 2020 a venerdì 04 dicembre 2020.
L’ordinanza prevede che, in tutti gli esercizi di commercio al dettaglio, singoli o inseriti in centri commerciali o parchi commerciali, si applicano i seguenti indici massimi di compresenza di clienti:
1.
a. esercizi fino a 40 mq. di superficie di vendita: 1 cliente, come da allegato 11 del dpcm 3.11.2020;
b. esercizi sopra i mq. 40 di superficie di vendita: 1 cliente ogni 20 metri quadrati.

Sono confermate, per il resto, tutte le disposizioni dell’ordinanza n. 156 del 24.11.2020.
