Prestazioni di lavoro occasionali autonome – Obbligo comunicazione INL
La legge di conversione del D.L n. 146/2021 ha introdotto l’obbligo per il committente di effettuare una preventiva comunicazione all’Ispettorato
Nazionale del Lavoro, competente per territorio.
Con nota n. 29/2022 pubblicata in data 11/01/2022, l’Ispettorato Nazionale del Lavoro (INL) ha fornito le istruzioni operative per adempiere al nuovo obbligo.
In sintesi:
– per le collaborazioni occasionali in essere e per le collaborazioni occasionali iniziate dal 21/12/2021 e già concluse, la notifica deve essere effettuate entro il 18/01/2022;
– per quelle decorrenti dal 11/01/2022, la comunicazione deve essere trasmessa prima dell’avvio dell’attività.
Alleghiamo la comunicazione del INL, in cui sono inoltre indicate le modalità di comunicazione, i contenuti minimi che deve presentare e gli indirizzi di riferimento territoriali.
