Scadenza definitiva Autorizzazione Emissioni in atmosfera
Si ricorda che le Ditte che hanno presentato domanda di adesione all’Autorizzazione a carattere generale per le Emissioni in atmosfera, art. 272 commi 2 e 3 del D.Lgs. 152/2006, devono presentare richiesta di rinnovo della stessa almeno 45 giorni prima della scadenza dei 10 anni dalla data di presentazione della prima domanda di adesione.
Nel caso non si proceda al rinnovo decennale dell’adesione, decadrà l’autorizzazione in essere e, pertanto, l’Azienda risulterà inadempiente al procedimento autorizzativo Emissioni in atmosfera.
Il nostro Studio è a disposizione per affiancare l’Azienda nelle fasi di raccolta dati, di sopralluogo (se necessario) e di invio telematico della pratica.
